Hello Everyone, my name is Tony Griffo and I have been teaching Social Studies in the North Bergen School District since 2004. 

 

This is my first year at the Junior High and am excited to share my extensive knowledge of Sports History with my students.

 

I am a Graduate of Secaucus High School (Class of 1979)

I am a Graduate of Seton Hall University (Class of 1984)

 

This will be my 31st year as a Social Studies Teacher and I have coached HS JV Girls Basketball, Boys Baseball and Girls Tennis; as well as 6th-8th Grade Boys Basketball.

 

I will be teaching 6 courses of Intro to Sports History for the 2025-26 School Year.

All of my students will need to bring to class each and every day; their chrome book (charged fully the night before), a 1-2 subject notebook and a pen.
