Welcome to Health & Physical Education!

My name is Ms. Miqueli (pronounced Mc-Kelly), and I’m excited to be your 8th grade Health & Physical Education teacher this year at the new Junior High School! I graduated from Montclair State University with a degree in Health & Physical Education and a certification in Driver’s Education. In addition to teaching, I’m grateful to coach the North Bergen High School Swim Team. My goal is to help students develop not only their physical skills but also habits that promote a healthy and active lifestyle. I believe in making fitness fun, engaging, and accessible to all students.
